In 2012 Gordon fought his final fight, against the recommendations of his doctors and his family but Gordon’s story didn’t end there. Gordon went on to work in the world of dog rescue, make appearances, train police departments in using non-lethal force with dogs, rehabbed and remodeled multiple independent animal shelters to pass Department of Agriculture regulations, etc. After all of that Gordon is faced with the fight of his life when he ends up on the wrong side of the law while he and two others rescue a starving and freezing dog from immanent death. The Author based this novel on events that happened to Gordon and the team that he worked with in 2015, taking you thru the dark dramatic events that they went thru to save an innocent life.
